Abs workouts are a piece of cake now. I think I should do more.
The ankle weights make a huge difference. My jumps look like shit with the weights. They look like.. They’re tabletop, which means they’re shit to me. Totally unacceptable. And I land like an elephant since it’s an extra ten pounds I need to land gently onto the ground. Oh gosh, I hope they help me out in the long run. I’ve got a long, long way to go.
